Dividend Update - May 2017

It's time for my May dividend update! For the month of May I was able to earn $366.90 in dividend income. This is a YOY increase of nearly 22% which I'm very happy with. Next month looks to be even better.

Last month I made one purchase and I made no sales. I also received 3 dividend raises.

Dividend Update - April 2017

It's time for my April dividend update! Looks like a another good month for me here as I managed to earn $362.72 in dividend income. This is a slight YOY decrease is mostly due to Kraft/Heinz paying in March instead of April this year.

Dividend Update - March 2017

It's time for my March dividend update! Looks like a pretty solid month for me here as I managed to earn $392.61 in dividend income. This is a YOY increase of 35.6%! I'm pretty happy with that growth. The timing on my purchases and sells couldn't have been worse as they have all turned against me in the short term. Glad I'm not a trader!

Dividend Update - February 2017

It's time for my February dividend update! Actually I'm pretty late posting this as I've been lazy in my posting. Anyway my income for the month was $319.44, which is an increase of 10% over last quarter. That would be great if I could have that type of growth every quarter!

In the chart below you can see my dividend growth, you will notice in the past 6 months my income has been reduced slightly, that was due to my sale of Realty Income. I used the proceeds to pay off my mortgage and I have now started to reinvest in Realty Income again (this time in a Roth IRA tax advantaged account ).
